Standard Shipping & Handling charges are $4.00 plus $1.00 per item. Items will be send via U. S. Postal Service.

Priority Shipping charges are an additional $2.00. Items will ship via U. S. Postal Service in priority packaging which are delivered in an average of 2-3 days. Please indicate your request for priority shipping, and your agreement to the additional charges, by including the request in the Special Order Information section of the order form.

Additional rush services may be available at additional charges. Please call during business hours for more information.

Sales Tax: It's Only Natural must collect sales tax for purchases being sent to a Missouri address.

It's Only Natural will be glad to accept a return of a purchase or arrange an exchange for any item you were not happy with, under the following conditions:

• You must return all items in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
• You must return any item within 30 days of purchase. If it was a sale priced item, it must be returned within 15 days.
• Please fill out and include the return information form with the return and please mail the package to: It's Only Natural, 407 West Gregory Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64114.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• It's Only Natural will ship any exchange item at no additional shipping cost to you.
• You must include a copy of the invoice and a reason for the return.
• If seeking an exchange, please list the item desired or call for options.
• You may also bring an item for return to the store located in Kansas City, MO.
• The above policies still apply if you personally bring the item in to the store.
• Upon receipt of the product, It's Only Natural will exchange or credit the item.
